U.S. and Mexico reached a staggering $56.9 billion in the month of March 2021, with the combined import-export figure of commerce which is a figure that was never seen before in any one month period. It represents a 17% percent increase over February 2021 and 13% percent increase over March of 2020. Thus, Mexico ended as the biggest commercial partner of the U.S. in the first quarter of 2021, above Canada, Japan, Germany and China.
